London Gazette: 12 October 1813 Dissolution of partnership

“..George Edward CARRUTHERS of Mile End and James PAWLE of Charlotte-Street, Rathbone-Place, both in the County of Middlesex, Surgeons, Apothecaries and Men-Midwives....”

 

There is a reference to the education of James PAWLE in “18th Century Medics” by P.J. and R.V. Wallis, which lists a James PAWLE apprenticed to William WOOD, Apothecary, for 7 yeas at a cost of 50Pounds. Address Titchfield St Marylebone, Middlesex, England in 1805.
