My Lord,
I take the liberty of addressing you to know how myself & others get to the new settlement at the Cape of Good Hope as we wish if possible to get there free of expense. Our capital being but sufficient to provide ourselves with necessaries for cultivation &c
PS If your Lordship will oblige me with information directed to Joseph FILTCH, 44 Great Windmill St Haymarket I will in duty bound ever pray.
