My Lord,
I have the honour to inform you that in consequence of the terms held out by Government for emigration to the Cape of Good Hope I beg leave to state that should I be permitted I will accept of these terms, namely of taking out the number of those proposed and lodging the deposit required, provided my family and the settlers would be allowed rations for six months from the date of landing.
