St.Padarn, Llanbadarn Fawr. Charles GRIFFITH and Bridget OWEN, parents of the settlers Charles, Valentine, Cornelia, Eliza and John GRIFFITH, were married in this church, and their eldest son Thomas (who remained in Wales) was baptised here.
