Sir,
Having been written to by two young men Carpenters now in Dublin James TATE aged about 20 and Humphrey TATE brother to the above aged 14 or 15, they want to be sent to the Cape of Good Hope when a new colony is to be formed. And understanding that it is through you Sir that I am to receive any information requisite induces me to take the liberty. Should be glad to know if they can be sent from any Port in Ireland.
