Being desirous of becoming a Settler at the Cape of Good Hope – but being without money – I beg leave to propose making over to Government 200£ Navy 5 per cents which I possess in reversion on the death of an Aunt aged 73 – on condition of being provided with the means of going, taking with me my son aged 7 years old – said advance redeemable with Interest at any time before or after the Legacy becomes transferable – A condescension of an Answer – will be very much oblige
