My Lord,
So there is different families that [are] wishful to emagrate to the Cape of Good Hope But at the same time would like well to be maad acquainted with the provisions which Government has adopted for their support [both] in their passage and liquise [*likewise] when they arrive [at] the place appointed to settle on. May it please your Lordship to write and say what time of the year will suite best to leave this country [for] the Cape.
