DIED on the 15th inst, Robert Alexander FERRIES, aged 11 years 3 months and 4 days; who lost his life through the carelessness of a servant, under the following circumstances:- Being at play in the bedroom with other children, and the servant in question, he hid himself under the bedclothes. The servant threw herself on the bed, and her elbow coming in contact with the child’s back, dislocated the spinal bone, which, after 3 years of dreadful suffering, has at length terminated the existence of as fine a child as ever saw the light. Let this be a warning to both parents and servants.
