GRAHAM’S TOWN AND PORT ELIZABETH OMNIBUS
The Proprietors beg to inform the Public that the Omnibuses continue to run twice a week between the above places as usual, that is starting from Both Places on Mondays and Thursdays at the same time and meeting Halfway, where the passenger finds comfortable accommodation for the night.
They are proud to say that by employing two of the best drivers in the Colony they have never had an accident, and can therefore recommend that mode of travelling as one the safest, cheapest and most comfortable, and are gratified for the liberal support they have experienced, and feel satisfied from the public spirit of their customers that they may expect to be even better supported in future.

DIED at Port Elizabeth on the 29th January 1855, William Frederick LATHAM Esq, one of the Attorneys of her Majesty’s Courts of Westminster, Common Pleas, aged 28 years and 6 months, deeply regretted by his numerous friends.
His remains will be interred this afternoon (Tuesday 30th instant) at half past 3 o clock precisely, to proceed from the residence of Mr. J. GRIFFIN, Queen Street. His friends are kindly invited to attend.

DIED at Port Elizabeth on Sunday last, the 25th instant, Mr. B.J. NATHAN, aged 28 years. His remains have been conveyed to Graham’s Town, where they will be interred this afternoon (Tuesday the 27th instant). He has left a widow and three children to deplore their loss.
