Tenders for the supply of similar Rations for His Majesty’s Troops, at Port Elizabeth (Algoa Bay,) for the same period, and according to the foregoing particulars, will also be received by Mr A. OXHOLM, Commissariat Department, Port Elizabeth, to the same date.
As Security will be required, the Tenders must be accompanied by a letter from the parties proposed as such, stating that they are willing to become bound for the Contractor as Security, for the due fulfilment of his Contract.

That whereas Gysbert Henry MAASDORP, as Agent of Mich. KOETZE, Gs. Husband of Hester Theod. MOLLER; Susan. Marg. MOLLER, separated Wife of the late Jan HEGERS; Josina DE WAAL, Daughter of the late Arend DE WAAL, As. and the late Martha MOLLER – ab intestate Heirs of the late Eliz. Theod. That he, in his aforesaid capacity, wishing to liquidate the said Estate, (but, however, being ignorant as to what Debts there may be to the charge of the same, which might prevent his bringing it to a final settlement,) is desirous the Court would be pleased, more solito, to summon all Persons conceiving they have any Claims, of what nature soever, against said Estate, to give in the same at the Office of the Secretary to the Court, within the Term of Three Months subsequent to the Publication hereof, on pain of being deprived of further Right.
